The job started and finished on schedule (duration 11 weeks).

Martin supervised the project each day arriving promptly at 8:00. The footings went down in the first week and the job progressed well throughout the project thanks to Martin's management and work ethic.

Disruption was kept to minimum during the building, e.g. the work was organised so the kitchen in the original part of the house remained useable right until the end of the project, when the new kitchen was ready for installation.

Martin is friendly, trustworthy, organised and hard working. I would highly recommend him.  *simon*
